The spa treatment offerings were exceptional.

During my stay, the hotel had a major issue with the lack of free water. I can't believe I had to pay for water in such a pricey place! Also, the location is terrible, with no public transportation options nearby, making it extremely frustrating to get around. To top it off, there was a group of loud cyclists whose noise echoed throughout the stone building, disrupting any chance of a good night's sleep. It was a nightmare experience.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Minervino di Lecce, where I was able to explore the nearby Chiesa di San Nicola Vescovo, just under 3 km away, and relax at the beautiful La Cutura botanical garden, which is just a bit over 4 km from the hotel, making it perfect for leisurely strolls in the lovely Puglia landscape.

The staff made us feel like family it was a warm welcome that set the tone for our stay. They organized a private dinner in the garden it was so romantic with candles and flowers just right for us.

It wasn’t cheap but for the quality and service it was still acceptable.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room and it was super spacious and nicely decorated. The elegant furnishings made it feel luxurious, and the bed was really comfy. Plus, I loved the attention to detail in the decor—it added such a nice touch. It was all very relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The breakfast at Palazzo Ducale Venturi was a real feast, showcasing fresh local produce that ignited my taste buds. The elegance of the dining area made each morning feel like a celebration. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort, creating a sublime escape. It's a gem in the heart of Puglia, and you really feel the royal treatment from the dedicated team.

While the property glistens, it’s tucked away in a quieter corner of Minervino di Lecce, and the lack of nearby public transit can be a bit of a hitch for those wanting to explore. The poolside bar felt a tad out of sync with the hotel’s antique vibe, missing that rustic charm we all crave in a castle hideaway.

I recently enjoyed a good stay in a beautifully furnished Beautiful Double or Twin Room. The exquisite breakfast featuring fresh local produce was served in a fine dining area, creating a wonderful start to my day. Relaxing by the serene courtyard and the inviting pool felt like my own little paradise!
